Who we are
Coral Vascular Physics offers clinical technology with an emphasis on vascular wellbeing. We currently serve clients throughout the Western Cape. Our motto, Semper paratus servire, reflects a commitment to being ready to serve with professionalism and care.
What “vascular physics” means here
Blood vessels form a vast network that delivers oxygen and nutrients and helps remove waste. When circulation is strained — for example through long-standing swelling, pressure on the legs, or conditions such as diabetes — people may experience discomfort, heaviness, or slower healing. Our work sits in the space between clinical technology and practical, hands-on support: we use structured, comfortable sessions aimed at encouraging better fluid movement and tissue comfort.
The practice sometimes refers to Einstein’s famous relation E = mc² as an educational metaphor for how energy and matter are linked in physics. It is not a claim that this equation “proves” a specific medical outcome. It is a way to invite curiosity about how the body’s systems exchange energy and maintain balance.
Circulation, fluid, and why it matters
Healthy peripheral circulation helps tissues receive what they need and drain what they don’t. Oedema (excess fluid in tissues) can add weight and pressure — especially in the legs and feet. Compression-based and rhythmical approaches, used appropriately, are widely discussed in clinical literature as ways to support venous return and lymphatic drainage in suitable patients.
People with diabetes may be at higher risk for foot and leg complications. International health authorities emphasise foot care, glycaemic control, and early attention to wounds. Our sessions are complementary to — not a substitute for — your doctor’s plan.
